Survey workshops for MPC Study on Rural Migration in Tunisia

The Migration Policy Centre (MPC) organises two workshops in Tunisia to develop the survey for a study on “Drivers and patterns of rural youth migration and its impact on food security and rural livelihoods in Tunisia“. This study is carried out in the framework of the project “ of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) “Youth Mobility, Food Security and Poverty Reduction: Fostering Rural Diversification Through Enhanced Youth Employment and Better Labour Mobility”.

These workshops aim at discussing the list of key questions and progress towards the formulation of the survey questionnaire as well as the qualitative research methodology, survey sampling and survey implementation. They will gather the teams of the Migration Policy centre and of the MPC and FAO teams, as well as local experts, stakeholders and representatives of local institutions.
