Temporary protection at four: What's next for transition pathways?
Lunch Bites Series
Join the first session of the “Lunch Bites” series, a new online lunchtime conversation event that is part of the Migration Research-to-Policy Co-Lab, dedicated to bridging research and policy through focused, concise, and evidence-based exchanges on topical migration issues.
Four years after the activation of the TPD, this Lunch Bites session looks ahead to the post-March 2027 landscape. Bringing together research and policy perspectives, it will highlight evidence on sustainable transition pathways and research- and policy- informed scenarios for the future.
Lunch Bites are concise sessions that connect research with real policy questions. A moderator briefly introduces the topic, a policy professional outlines the current context and key challenges, and a researcher shares the most important findings from a recent study together with their policy implications. Each session ends with an open Q&A, allowing participants to discuss insights, opportunities, and next steps.
