This session of the Migration Working Group will discuss how the perception of and reaction to newly incoming migrants can differ.

While the first part of the session addresses how these are affected by evolving patterns of in-migration, the second part analyses what factors drive societal and political reactions in the first place.

Speakers: Cansu Civilek and Zuzanna Samson.

Discussants: Martin Ruhs and Francesca Bramucci.

Chair: Leon Adrian Boveland.
