Thematic meeting of the REDIAL project

The first thematic workshop of the project REDIAL, which will be held in Florence on 2 and 3 October 2015, will bring together the participating judges and academics from different EU Member States with a view to discussing challenges and good practices in the judicial interpretation of the EU Return Directive, with a particular focus on voluntary departure, removal and entry bans. Discussions will be guided by an EU synthesis report written based on 11 national report analysing pertinent national case-law.
